Meet our Moslem neighbors and learn about Islam.
- Sunday, March 13 at 1:00 pm at Majidullah. We are invited to Taleem, a talk, “The Importance of Education” by a young Imam who is passionate about social justice.
- Shabbat, March 19 – Imam Hassan will join us for lunch and give a talk and Q&A about Islam, religious practices, and the history of his congregation in Philadelphia. ( This will be instead of the regularly scheduled Tikkun Olam meeting.)
- Friday, March 25 at 1:00 at Majidullah. We are invited to Jumu’ah, the prayer service at the mosque, and to stay for fellowship afterwards.
The Majidullah Mosque is located at 7433 Limekiln Pike, Philadelphia, at the intersection with Washington Lane. The building was originally a synagogue, then a church, and now a mosque.
